I just returned from the Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening that began in Pacific Grove, California. As I walked the paths built to protect the surrounding fragile sand dunes, it was a beautiful metaphor for life. Sometimes steady, sometimes unexpectedly challenging but always taking me in the right direction.
Time invested: nothing to stay on my path.

Time I feel joyful: when I relax and let life's path take me where I am supposed to go.
