Daily Joy Sessions
Daily Joy Sessions is a modern day version of a woman's gathering circle focused on sharing joy as a community.
I believe joy is contagious and that we all need more of it in our lives and our communities. Together in a safe space we will move, sit still, share personal truths and support one another as we go inward to where the root of our joy lives.
Each time we meet we will share different activities. Some may involve nature, playing instruments, singing, stories, playing games, doing art, puzzles, handcrafts or childhood activities.
We will let go of inhibitions and let ourselves be our genuine selves for 1 hour.
Each session will end with a guided meditation and social time for those who want to stay a bit longer.
