For lunch today I gifted my body with a bowl of mother natures creations. The colors were a feast for my eyes and the combination of flavors and textures a joy for my tastebuds.

Cost: price of fruits and veggies
Time I feel joyful: when I treat my body with reverence and respect, and feed her accordingly
*chop 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cucumber, 1/4 red onion, 1/2 apple. Combine in large bowl arugula, spinach, chopped fruits and veggies. Sprinkle with blueberries, raspberries, and pecans. Top with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
