When I walked Biskit in my backyard today the air was crisp and cool. I paid attention to that sensation touching my skin, which lead to a deep breath of contentment. I looked up and noticed the trees swaying and the sun beginning to fill the sky which led to another peace filled breath. Nature is an immediate tranquilizer. All I have to do is notice.
